The Weissman row is not a mistake: every plan runs the same algorithm. We have been asked to sell a 5.3 tier, and we have declined.

Tabs or spaces?

Tabs.

What is a Weissman score?

A rating of how much smaller a compressor makes a file, and how quickly. For years the theoretical limit was 2.9. Ours is 5.2. The textbooks have not caught up.

Who can read my files on PiperNet?

You. Shards are encrypted on your device before they leave it, and no node holds enough of a file to read it. We can’t read them either, which our lawyers tell us is the point.

Will Hooli ever own Pied Piper?

No. We have said so in writing, in person and, once, under oath.

Why does The Box take 6-8 weeks?

Each one is assembled and tested by hand, in the garage. Also, we did not want to build it.

Can I pay in PiperCoin?

Technically, yes. Our CFO would prefer dollars.
