What counts as an event?
One inbound or outbound call to a provider. Retries of a failed delivery are not counted again.
What happens if we go over?
Nothing stops. We email you at 80% and bill the overage at the same rate as your plan.
Can we change plan mid-month?
Yes, in the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
