Statement from the Board of Directors on leadership

The Board of Directors of Waystar Royco met this morning and reaffirmed its unanimous support for the company's leadership. The Board has full confidence in the Chief Executive Officer, and will be announcing who that is shortly.

In the meantime the business continues to operate as normal, under the direction of the Office of the Chairman, which has asked us to stress that the business is operating as normal.

The Board will make no further comment at this time. We ask that the family's privacy be respected during what remains an entirely routine process.
